Engagement Photos

Hunter and I took our engagement pictures this weekend. We went to Hilton Head for beach portraits. This was perfect since that is where Hunter proposed! We had a great time and praise God it didn't rain! We did lots of praying for no rain. It was cloudy and very windy! Not the picturesque beach like I imagined, but I think they will look fine. Thanks to Jessica for doing my hair. I couldn't have made it look that good! And good thing you made sure it was stiff and in place with all the wind we had to deal with! Thanks to Wes for some great shots! I'm really excited and can't wait to see them. Hopefully I'll be able to post a link for everyone to view the photos.

Paint, pack, and pick-up

This week has been filled with house duties. We have painted, packed up Hunter's apartment, and moved it all into the house throughout the week. Hunter and Dad got started painting after we came back from Hilton Head. Mom and I joined in on the fun last weekend with the cleaning. Monday, Mom and I were back to help Hunter move boxes and furniture to the house. Tuesday was more of the same. Wednesday, Hunter's parents and Haley came to help. Thursday, we picked out a refrigerator and with much thanks to Mom, bought it and had it delivered today.

Hunter did his final U-Haul move today. He is officially out of his apartment and living in the new house. I've had to work since Friday, so I can't wait to see everything. Thanks to Mom, Dad, Miss Kim, Mr. Phil, Haley, Hope, and Joe for all your time and help! We couldn't have done it with out you! I'm so excited about everything and hope to have more pictures of our house soon!

4th of July

For the 4th, Hunter and I went to Hilton Head to visit his grandparents. We love going and have made it our own tradition. Our favorite part is watching fireworks from the marina on the "Palmetto Belle" and hanging out with all his family. This year we had several of Hunter's cousins on board. We all had a blast and enjoyed the time together.

Delay

Due to technical difficulties, I've had a delay in my posts. I've been having computer, internet, and camera issues all at one. I pay for programs to catch bugs on my computer, but it seems to be running slow and creeping along to the point of total aggravation. My camera is fine, but the computer seems to take hours to load my pictures. On top of all that, the internet went out with the storm we had a few days ago. It is back today, since I think I called India to get someone to help me fix it. But it works, and that is all that matters. It may be slow, but it works. Hope to have more house pictures up soon. Hunter is undergoing his final move tomorrow! Then he is officially in the house!
