Pictures Soon

I finally got my camera software loaded on Hunter's computer. He did it this past week, since mine is packed up with the rest of my apartment. I've been moving out little by little and haven't got my computer set up at home yet. It is also the last week of my rotation in Greenville. I hope to have more time to blog after I get back home and settled in again. I'll be busy with unpacking, cleaning out all the junk, and working on wedding plans (hopefully). There are some things we HAVE to get...like a caterer for example. Food is a good thing to have!

Sorry Again!

Sorry Mom! I should have put a
HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY
message to you too. Glad I got to come home and spend this special day with you! Thanks for everything you do for me! You have been a great role model and I hope I am as great a mother as you are one day. I know my kids will love their Mema very much (maybe as much as Skeebo loves you)! Hope you had a great day and see you in a few weeks! Hopefully I'll get better at this blog thing and remember to put up messages like this.

Oops!

I guess this shows how busy I was since last Thursday I forgot to wish my fiance a
HAPPY 23rd BIRTHDAY!!!
Sorry Hunter!
We did have a great dinner at Copper River last Friday night and I suprised him when I had a cookie cake sent to him at work on Thursday.

Rotations, Rotations, Rotations

Well the official start to my fourth and final year of pharmacy school has begun! I started my first month of rotations last Monday at Greenville Memorial Hospital. It was a jam-packed week with orientations, presentations, rounds, and patient follow-up. We are expected to follow two patients during the week. This means we have to see what's wrong, figure out what to do, and make sure their meds correspond with their conditions. If pharmacists are expected to do all this, I think I should come out with an MD. Just kidding...but it is overwhelming to be responsible for ALL of that. We also are expected to be able to present on any patient at anytime during the week, and the worst part is that they don't tell you what day you go! I'm staying with my cousins that live in Fountain Inn, which is right outside of Simpsonville. Heyward and Heather have two adorable little girls: Charly is 4 and Catie just turned 3. They have been gracious enough to let me move in and interrupt their lives for a few weeks. Heather does a lot of monogramming and other fun projects, so I really enjoy watching her work. She has come up with lots of fun ideas for wedding stuff and bridesmaids gifts! Speaking of weddings, no new plans have been made. I am anxious to get this rotation over with and then really start planning during my months off. Can't wait to get some details set in stone!
